Become part of the CARF team that prides itself on quality and customer service in providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is skilled in establishing/maintaining collaborative, professional relationships with team members; has basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel; good writing, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills; excellent customer service skills; and multiline phone system experience. Survey Data and Reporting Analyst (Full Time)
CARF International, a leader in peer-review accreditation of health and human service programs and services, has a full-time position available in our Research Department. This position will support surveys by providing customer service, consultation on survey methodology, data analysis and reporting. Candidates must be detail oriented, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, preparing statistical reports/graphs/tables, and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, and Word). BA/BS in social or health sciences and experience with statistical software packages, business intelligence software (including Microsoft PowerBI), and programming or database syntax preferred.
