    To participate in this web-based training you must be logged onto the website provided. This webinar utilizes VoIP (voice over the internet protocol) for audio. To access the audio portion of the webinar through your computer, your computer must be equipped with a speaker system. Individuals who are unable to access the audio through a computer must be logged onto a website and simultaneously call a phone number for the audio portion of the training.
